George Bush’s MC in Washington DC is 19 Aries.

He found his gold mine, the United States Treasury and taxpayers.

The eclipse of April 8, 2005 is at 19 Aries, accompanied by Venus conjunct the North Node at 21 and 22 Aries respectively. While he personally and publicly appears to be riding a moment of triumph, behind the scenes Saturn is transiting the midpoint of his natal Sun/Saturn in his 12th house.

As Ann Richardson said, “Poor George”. He’s feeling so unhappy. Saturn is also squaring the eclipse point conjunct Venus and the North Node, and although his marketing-advertising operation daily spouts disinformation that the country is doing wonderfully economically, in his 12th house he knows it’s not true and it’s scaring the hell out of him.


Frankly “Poor George” is so frightened, that with transiting Mars at 13 Aquarius quincunx his 12th house Sun at 13 Cancer, he’s having back problems, palpitations or worse heart troubles. No, George is not well which is further confirmed by transiting Chiron on his 7th house cusp exactly opposite his Ascendant.

One of the very few hard aspects he has is a very wide 10 degree square from his natal Mars to Uranus, and even that is partially mitigated by his natal Jupiter trining his natal Uranus/North Node conjunction. Yet a square is a square even a wide one and this square is mutable which tells us that Poor George is very high strung. If we weren’t astrologers we wouldn’t know that. Why everyone talks about “what a regular guy he is”. Everything in this White House is appearance and packaging. Appearance and packaging is their reality. And the appearance at this
Eclipse, for public consumption, is jovial and triumphant.

The truth is George is feeling that he’s being attacked. And with Mars conjunct the Vertex quincunx his Sun, why yes he is. The Aquarian 7th house and unstable stock markets (Uranus in the 8th) are upsetting him; people he thought were friends and who attacked him publicly all over television revealing his past addictions (Mars Vertex Neptune in the Aquarian 7th) and those damn electronic bloggers at it all the time are upsetting him. George is in a tither, though you would never know it, as he cracks his jokes and phonily shakes his shoulders up and down in imitation of laughing for public consumption, and they’re eating it up.

‘They’ are his enemies and they’re making him sick, although with Neptune also transiting his 7th house, he can’t quite put his finger on exactly who the enemy is. He knows it’s somebody in the media, or some kind of media, but he can’t get at them the way he can with the WH press corps. Nevertheless, the USA (Gemini rising chart ) shows that an employee has been designated to administer payback to the press. Pluto at 24 Sag 28 rules the 6th house of employees and quincunxes exactly third house communications Mercury at 24 Cancer 28.


In the Gemini rising USA chart the eclipse hits natal Chiron at 20 Aries in the 11th house and squares Eclipse Saturn sitting on the third house cusp, a re-opening of old wounds and more losses for Congress.

The Eclipse on USA natal Chiron opposes USA progressed Mars in the 5th house; another wild financial gamble taking place with Congress having lost control of the pocketbook. Yet, there’s something nasty about Eclipse Mercury, Sun, Moon, Venus and North Node conjunct Chiron and squaring Eclipse Saturn exactly; almost as if all of Congress is in agreement to keep quiet about their true goals.

Eclipse Mars in the USA Gemini chart at 13 Aquarius conjuncts the 13 Aquarius MC.

This eclipse in George’s chart opposes natal Jupiter conjunct his 4th house cusp while transiting Eclipse Uranus in his 8th house opposes his natal Mars in the second.

The aspects of both charts remind me of the Japanese WW2 war cry : attack, attack, attack.

If there were ever a time that Tecumseh’s curse would be visited upon George, this eclipse could herald it. These are the classic signatures which have occurred every 20 years. The astrological question is whether the weight of his Jupiter trine Uranus/North Node kicks in and overrides his Mars square Uranus aspect, as it apparently has always done.

That is so true! I don't ever recall them flaunting their running roughshod over the Constitution so blatantly.
