I bought this I don't know how many years ago and keep returning to the healing exercises. I don't know why but I will stop using them until crisis crops up and then I find out again how helpful they are. This book has some wonderful basics covering grounding, shielding, and energy clearing which some energy healing books sadly neglect. there is some channeling stuff which I never quite related to and just ignore in favor of what DOES work for me - the Healing Chambers of Light.

People who are more psychically sensitive will surely notice more than I do when I use a chamber. All I know is I inevitably feel better the next day after doing one before sleeping. I use a pendulum to figure out which will serve me best to choose a process. Then I lie down, invite in the Pleiadians and some other spirit beings - always specifying only those of divine light & love - and ask them to give me the Chamber of Light I need. Then there are the Love Configuration Chambers of Light. These amazed me and really impacted on my ability to let myself receive unconditional love. I really should do them more often because once I do let in that unconditional love it is bliss.

This book has been so helpful to me that I can't understand why it isn't a best seller. I can only think that the people who try it don't share it more often because they are afraid of what their friends and family will say about energy healing work performed by nonphysical aliens spirts from another world :crazy: Reiki is hard enough for most people I know to take. The few I can share the really wonderfully woowoo stuff with I gave a copy since I could never stand to let my tattered book out of my possession.

Would you mind giving a quick explanation? Also is Ka the same as Chi? If not, can you explain what it is?

One chamber of light is called PEMS syncronization chamber of light which is to balance the energies of the Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spirital systems. I ask the Pleiadian Emmasaries of Light, Jesus, my own High Self and any other beings of Divine Light willing and able to help to give bring that chamber of light around my entire aura and body. Oh and first I ask them to place an Interdimensional Cone of Light above me. That is to draw off any bits of energy that are stagnent, blocked, etc. and draw my energy system into balance kind of like hanging a suit to shake off some of the wrinkles. The author says all of this is based on ancient energy healing techniques known to ancient pre-historic Egypt of the sort that Edgar Cayce and others have described. Don't know if it is true I just know I feel better the next day after doing one of these, sometimes just a little and sometimes profoundly so.

The Ka is a spirit body kind of like the soul but not exactly according to ancient Egyptians. It was that that first made me cruious about the book but it is nothing to do with typical Egyptology. At this point I don't care because I need all the help I can get at times and all I care about is results. If there is something interesting and accurate explaining things that is wonderful but if not as long as it works all I care about is it helps me without negative side effects. Like Reiki I don't really *get* where it comes from and how it works. I just know it works on me, my family, my friends and my darling cherished furkids.

Pick a divine quality or a couple you need more of (love, peace, joy, trust) Ask the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, Overlighting Deva of Healing, Ascended Master Jesus and any other Ascended Masters you wish plus your high self to wrap your entire aura in the quality. Focus for a time, leave it around you or ask them to take it away when done.

I find this extra helpful when I am wound up like a ten day clock and can't sleep. I ask for peace and maybe something else related or something totally different to help with something else, thank them all for their help and often just konk out. It at least cuts down on the tossing and turning.
