I know I haven't been around lately

That's because I've been working non-stop at the Foundation, where I now have a full time job! This place is wonderful, because the people working here are into using all modalities of healing. Our naturopath also uses homeopathy and flower essences. She just had a class on how to make your own, and I'm working on learning how to apply them. We also work with energies and use entertropic therapy, a way of moving energies in the body.

This is the first weekend I've had off in over a month and a half, and I'm just chilling out.

we learned how to make a salve for itches and scrapes using chickweed and cleavers.
