2nd optional project: Send healing energy to the cultivated land around the world where ever food is grown

This week's focus is on something that insidiously effects so many people. We are enculturated to think that certain body type and composition is ideal and everything else is not just icky but bad, lazy, etc. Both eating and not eating becomes addictions. Constant comparison to impossible ideals gnaw at women and increasingly men as well. OK now I am depressing myself.. We all know issues that many people have these days. Some are conscious and try to heal them, others are more subconscious making it harder to correct the imbalance.

This week we focus on healing the symptoms as well as to the source of any issues we have. If you are under or over your personal ideal weight, body fat ratio or bmi this project is for you. If you look in the mirror and constantly criticis this project is for you as well. If you neglect self-care such as eating as healthy as you can regularly, taking some form of exercise that is correct for your body, or similar this project is for you as well.

Finding that healthy balance.

After several months of regular exercise I had several small injuries that I kept using as excuses to not take care of myself. in the past month and a half I was doing good to take one walk a week. Well today I did my walk and it wasn't quite such an effort to make myself do it. I didn't let my aches stop me and reminded myself that resting sure as heck hasn't made them hurt less and that when I was exercising regularly 5-6 days a week I felt so much better in general.

BTW I exercised in spite of a new small injury - one of my fuzzballs managed to knock a heavy wooden tray table on my poor foot. I let out a yell that scared my poor Mom and all the other cats then limped over to a chair to reiki the injury and open a MAP healing coning. It was already starting to turn black and blue and swell. The throbbing began to reduce and my Mom came and offered to help so she sent Reiki as well. After a few minutes the pain was barely there and my dear wonderful Mom brought me a pan of water with epsom salts to soak my foot it. At this point there was only a small swollen patch where the table top's edge hit and today there is a slightly smaller swollen area there. I can walk and stand without pain but I am taking things slow all the same since when it first hit I was afraid something was broken it hurt so. It only is tender if I touch it so I am wearing very loose shoes.

I was sending with the intention that anyone who wanted it whether they signed up or not would get what they needed.

First I am a male/androgyny feline. And I am stuck in a human body.

I dunno how to explain it,but I know the human shape isn't my shape. It is the shape of the cage that holds me..here. I fight it alot just to be comfortable.

It's like wearing things too tight when they bind and chafe.

I got a male chest reconstruction done and the first thing I noticed upon awakening is how much easier it was to breathe.Second thought was a feeling of freedom from a part of the cage that caused me pain.

As I gradually cover the human flesh color of this skin with stripes and feline images,each tattoo gives me a bit less pain(not during the tattooing of course).I feel one less pain within.


Unlike some here,I didn't "choose" to be here at all.I was captured and forced, pushed, thrown down here.As long as I can remember I never felt gendered or human.Or felt really like anything natural to this Earth.
As I go through astral layers I shed cage layers until I become a kind of lightening that is spectral holographic and has a feline aspect to it. That is what I really am.


I ask for help with my body to heal it from the injuries(spine neck bones etc.from being hit by a car)And help with metabolism,body heat issues, to bring more social things into my life,and lastly to heal the emotional traumas that have lodged themselves in this cage I exist in, that scrape my soul like splinters and darts.

Think of the image of a winged tiger flying but shot through with hundreds of arrows,that is how it feels for me to exist here,because this Earth it is not my home, it never was. I long for home but I know suicide isn't the door out.So I endure,and sometimes enduring is too much.That's when I ask for help

If you can help I'd appreciate it,Even just easing the deep longing and isolation I face would help.It's a huge job.Please one thing,if you choose to help, don't interject your beliefs about how YOU got here (chose it)onto me.Because hearing that for me hurts me.That I would ever choose such torture implies my spirit is out of sync and sick,it isn't.I suffer because it is trapped,my body reflects that truth with symptomatology and for me undoing the imposed lies of the body with body mod,surgery and tattoos reasserts the truth,my truth,my remembrance that represents hope for my liberation from this world and escaping the force that captured me and caged me..

and at a rate that is not overwhelming to any aspect of your being. When I send I will use intention at times to focus a little more on a specific issue such as pain in a particular area but in the end I trust the energy to flow where it is needed to heal in the manner that serves the recipient instead of fitting any assumption on my part. You may find it useful to affirm that you are open to accepting energies that serve your highest good to assist healing in the ways that serve you best and that all else will be deflected.

While this project officially closes tomorrow I keep it on my healing list so that you, and anyone else who wishes to, will continue to be sent Reiki as long as needed. Please don't hesitate to put your name in the monthly healing list as well and please don't wait until it is unbearable to do so. You deserve that help so pop in there when you need it :grouphug:

And don't worry about nailing me too hard,I already do reiki was attuned x3.

hmm.. my hands are heating up, Guess the healing chain reaction think reiki does has started itself?
Reiki is good stuff..except the time I used it for food poisoning.

I am emetephobic, I wasn't emotionally prepared for the ahem, 'effect',but on the other hand a sickness that would have dragged on for hours as I avoided the inevitable was only a half hour long.

When I started energy healing and later with Reiki the energy would hit blockages in the channels and it would actually physically hurt until they were cleared. Later attunements while provoking a detox reaction didn't bother like that. The only other time Reiki has hurt was when I was poring boiling water out of my tea kettle into a measuring cup. I splashed a drop on me which made my hand holding the cup jump and dumped just about the whole thing on that hand. It hurt more sending the Reiki but I figured better that than a trip to the emergency room. I guess it was speed healing because after I just had a faint pink spot the size of a penny on my hand instead of a huge red blotch. I just wish Reiki could heal old injuries as fast as when I use it on myself for first aid!

Sometimes when the reiki flows really intense my fingertips feel like they burn,my hands get all red and I start sweating.I have left red hand marks on people,where I laid my hands on them doing reiki sometimes diffused hand marks when I ain't even touching them they feel it than too.I ask I found it does not hurt them, but I know for me, the reiki was rushing through me big time like fire through my body.The reiki symbols I no longer have to think of them or draw them they just flash in my eyes in rapid sequences. I have had it flow so intense I feel woozy but it wears off fast,it's just the flow kinda going out like waves sometimes reiki can be helluva strong in how it flows and not just my hands, I have had my whole body just blast it out too.When it does that,I sorta stand there,it goes through I actually hear it pass after that,I gotta sit down a few minutes because my whole body gets hot and red and it feels like a fever almost but not quite that way..
If I pull my hands away without asking the reiki to stop,(like if I gotta hit the bathroom or something) I get this sensation like gooey strands coming from me to the other person,So before I go I found I have to take my hands off and ask the reiki to stop flowing.

Another weird thing I get is cold reiki, my hands feel hot to me like usual , but to the person I am touching they say my hands are cold.I found this happening over things that usually need cold compress like a headache or muscle sprain. Do you ever get this unusual phenomena?

like a rocket. When that happens I have to ask my guides to help me slow it down going by 10% increments until I don't have to worry about hurling on my Grandmother :P The worst of these sensations were the the first couple of weeks after my attunements. I always ground myself before sending but then it was not enough. I could feel my Reiki guide pressing my feet into the ground to help me cope. One time i tried treating two of my cats at the same time both who I later found out had chronic renal failure. One was intense but I could handle it. When the other climbed into my lap the intensity increase to the point I ached all and I had to stop. Thankfully this phase passed especially after going back to using something called a MAP coning. It is a healing process where you ask your higherself, the great white brotherhood, and some nature spirits to help heal an issue. I asked if they could help me acclimate to Reiki clearing out any blockages in my channels and the next day I couldn't get hot hands. I had to do another coning and ask them to give me hot hands back but keep the naseua and the rest :P

It seems the more a person needs it the more intense it flows including hot hands and sweating. I now know why the energy healer I go to tends to wear layers so she can shed them as needed! I tend to be on the cold side so it is funny to feel how the backs of my hands will still be chilly while my palms are bright red like I scalded them.

My hands rarely get warm when i work myself anymore, it is only when I work directly on another person that they get hot. Long distance healing or healing with my hands above the person does not give me hot hands except on rare occasions. I have not experienced Reiki running cold but then maybe it has and I just have not noticed as my hands tend to be cold all the time and even worse in the winter. In the winter it is funny how people flinch and even a few have yipped when they shake my hand!

Thank you for sharing your experiences with Reiki. It is fascinating how it operates in such different ways. My Mom is attuned to level two and swears she is no go at it because she does not get any sense of the flow and rarely gets hot hands. I keep encouraging her tho because I *know* she has the stuff she had done good work on me.

I got the heat thing alot.

I have melted snow around me in about a one foot radius because while I was goofing off in the snow,I twisted my knee.I sat/fell and the reiki poured into my knee I got really hot,I sat there supported my leg,I took off my coat,my long sleeves, gloves wished I could take off my pants,until all I was wearing was a t shirt ,boots and my jeans,it was around 19 degrees and it was dusk,and getting colder I felt like I was on fire.

Reiki stopped flowing when it was dark I got up my knee was fine,and by the porch light I noticed the snow had melted away around the spot I sat,about a foot.My two friends sat near me joking and stuff while I tended my knee, no snow was melted where they were sitting except butt prints..weird.

I generate insane amounts of heat and energy.It's like fire runs just beneath my skin.

When I was in the psych wards they used to do this barbaric restraint called a sheet pack where you were stripped,wrapped in ice cold sheets bare against you like a mummy than you were tied down with thick webbing straps.A staff had to take your pulse often for it could induce hypothermia.

Well I was so pissed off.. I would steam myself dry in the damn thing in around 15 minutes,and I don't know how I did it,It would steam up the window on the quiet room door.and I would see clouds rising off me too.. ever since those days I can generate my own heat and because of this rarely does cold bother me anymore.
Now summer I admit it I am the biggest heat wuss ever.I hide in the house with the curtains shut and the AC on during summer.I hate the heat and humidity we get out my ways.

During magickal operations the heat I generate is alot and it has an electrical quality to it.Once I handed the athame to a person who was assisting me with some energy work and it sparked as I handed it to her.nobody got shocked,and this ritual was outdoors too. I am told people feel an electrical charge around me and a heat burst during rituals ,I turn reddish and heat just rolls off me even though physically I'm not really exerting myself,I change in visible ways. Some have seen my lion/panther protectors and they got scared for a minute,until I told them they were my spirit cats.. I dunno what to make of it all. All I know is I always get designated as the energy raiser/director. go figure..lulz..
