Suggestion for today...take some time to go inward and get centered.

There are some wild and crazy transits today, particularly this morning, (and actually over the next few days). There's a lot of electrical current and energy charging around the earth and atmosphere. This energy is not innately 'bad'. It can bring fast, positive and sweeping changes, but is also jagged and agitated with surprising twists and turns.
So get centered so that you can ground the energies and respond from a conscious, aware and quiet place.

Take a warm bath, listen to some soothing music, meditate (lots of meditation videos on youtube)
sing, do some yoga, breath work...whatever helps bring you to center.

Drive safely.

There are several people where I work who now come to me and ask if there is anything happening astrologically to cause certain things to happen in their lives. It will be interesting to see if any of them comes to me today.

Very easy to do- Sit in full lotus with your hands resting on your knees.touch together your thumb and index finger while the other fingers are extended in a relaxed way.Chant LAM (rhymes with OAM or AUM) for at least a couple of minutes.

We had a nice ice storm last night through this morning, followed by crazy winds blowing chunks of melting ice off the trees and into windows. Awoke to no power, so no hot bath baths, showers or tapes. But it made for a peaceful day inside plus school (and my microbiology final) was cancelled.

I was just settling in for a short nap, wrapped in a blanket wearing a knit cap, 2 sweaters and a poncho, readying myself to drag mattress into the family room in front of the propane direct vent heater, when the power and heat came back on.

Yippee...back to civilation!

(snip)....The spiral is a Koru, represents the fern frond as it opens bringing new life and purity to the world. It also represents peace, tranquility and spirituality along with a strong sense of regrowth or new beginnings.

The Koru is also often associated with nurturing so when interlocked with others is frequently used to represent the strength and purity of a loving relationship within a family.

with everyone than I've had in a while.

I am an electrical contractor and the building grounding materials for a project just happened to get delivered today,of all days.
I took the hint and installed it.

this is very helpful today.

Dover. Always good to be reminded of the types of energy surrounding us and what we can do to best utilize it.

The over all good day definitely had many twists and turns. Wish I read your OP earlier :) Good to know it's going last a few more days and I will now get more centered.
