Compost Tea systems:

There's a catalyst involved, but it's basically compost on steroids. Has anyone seen or tried this before? I think this could be very useful. Thanks in advance!

4. make one
I've got one of these--picked it up for 50 bucks and it hadn't even been used. It's not this same brand but it's comparable. Just got lucky, I guess. I haven't yet used it and here's why. The stuff that goes in it is too freaking expensive--see this page:

For several years I made my own compost tea. I had earthworm bins going back then and it worked great. Did I ever have some showy crops! My morning glory leaves were as big as a large adult hand. You can make your own easily enough with just a few bucks worth of parts. It may not have a spigot (unless you're handy--I'm not) but it will still be quite useful.
