I'm on fire!

Or at least apparantly my chakra is. Apparantly people who have cancer and other illnesses (in my case a chronic blood disease) are sick not because their bone marrow is malfunctioning due to the genes having been damaged by exposure to carcinogens (in my case) but because the fire is out of balance in their chakra!:wtf:
How can people believe that sickness is due to your "elements" being out of balance? Apparantly so many people believe this nonsense that now some hospitals are hiring practitioners of these "therapies" to come in and help their patients feel better..Its much the same kind of crap as faith healing, IMO..nonsense except for some placebo effect.
Isn't this the age of enlightenment? This reminds me of the dark ages beliefs that infections weren't caused by germs, but by demons!
I understand and think acupuncture has its place..but this crap?:shrug:
