What possible reason could there be for you not to e-mail us? Certainly ignorance shouldn't be a bar. You may not know anything about the issue, but I bet you reckon something. So why not tell us what you reckon? Let us enjoy the full majesty of your uninformed ad hoc reckon by going to bbb.co.uk/meandmyimportantthoughts, clicking on "what I reckon," and then simply beating on the keyboard with your fists or head."


I'm reminded of this sketch repeatedly, and especially so on radio call-in shows and Internet forums when the topic is the disaster in the Gulf of Mexico.

I've heard and/or read some gems similar to, 'They could clean up this whole spill at once with some chicken wire and bed sheets.'

Analogies such as, 'If a water pipe bursts in your house, you just get the water company to shut off the water.'

1. I'm just disgusted by DU's everpresent need for outrage.
I've been trying to explain how BOPs work and whatnot for over a month, but no one will listen. It's anger anger anger. Poutrage.
