Playing a little Lost Coast, HL2 (Not dial-up friendly)
Edited on Sun Jan-01-06 12:39 PM by Maestro
Really short but cool mod for HL2. It really shows off what the source engine can do. Here are some screenies that Photobucket compressed a bit. They are sharper in-game.

This is a nice view. Too bad there are some many meanies around.

These guys are literally going to get some hot lead in a second. :)

The above screens were taken with FRAPS at 1600X1200 resolution then compressed by Photobucket.

1. The screen caps are cool, but
you really need to resize pics posted at DU to 800X 600 pixils. Any graphics program or free RESIZE utility will do it.
I believe that XP offers a free resize utility with Powertoys:

The HalfLife Add On is very cool, but you need a Hot Rod to run it. This add-on was the motivation for building my new box. The New Generation of games are going to be very cool.
I see F-16 in my near future.

2. I can resize them but I wanted to leave them at higher resolutions
so you could get a better idea of what it looks like, thus my warning in the title. But if causes trouble I will resize them. No problem. And if you like the F16 sim, it is awesome!

3. I resized them on my computer with PS CS2
but the editing period had expired. Sorry. Same goes for my F16 thread.

4. Not to be a smartass, but
you can also get firefox and the imagezoom extension and zoom out exactly once and the images fit perfectly. :)
