Jagged Alliance 3

I loved Jagged Alliance 2, and I would really like to play JA3 as soon as it comes out. However, it's been in developement for almost six years now. Has anyone heard any updates on it, a release date maybe?

I'll update this thread with their response whenever I get it, hopefully the latest information I could find (1st quarter 2010 release) is still accurate. For anyone who is not familiar with the Jagged Alliance games, JA2 was one of the best strategy games I have ever played, and I can't wait for number three. It will definitely be worth checking out when it is released, they have spent six years getting it perfect.

They got these shitty Russian devs in the begining. They did that "NEw Jagged Union" game (it's beyond horrid and fails even as a beta...) with the remnants when things fell apart. They took some of the other pieces and who knows what the fuck they did with it. Chances are it will never come out.

It makes me sad to say it...Ivan Doldevich will never "vozrashayetscya".
