Choosing the blue here tonight is saving me money..
What an empowering feeling.

I was tempted by a $100 cash offer to open a new bank account with Wells Fargo...been annoyed with my existing bank..checked 'Choose the Blue' for Wells Fargo and their offer is now in the trash can.

Then I was tempted by a Columbia House DVD offer..haven't accepted one of those in >20 years but the kids' DVDs looked good. Really tempted..checked 'Choose the Blue' and found Columbia House gives 100% to Republicans. No way. Their offer is now in the trash can.

Now I am going to look up pricing on Progressive car insurance. I'm likin' this.

1. Okay, I just discovered I can save $1300 per year with Progressive.
Compared to my current auto policy.

And I'll get a much better policy -- same deductibles, higher coverage..

I am REALLY liking this now.

3. We switched to progressive on 12-1 when our old allstate policy ran out
It was dumb to get a refund from allstate when we only had a month left on the policy.

On Dec 16, the windshield cracked from a tiny ding I had not seen on the far side of the window.

We have full coverage (because I would rather have it than worry about having to pay for repairs if some twit without insurance hits us) and the windshield is being replaced no problem.

Progressive isn't even raising our rates, which I'm positive that allstate would have.

4. I checked with Progressive too
and they told me that Mercury auto insurance would give me a better deal in my area. One thing about Blue companies; they tend to be honest!
