1. Intentional living seems to be the only way to go.

I've no idea if I could ever afford it, but living with others who are of like mind, instead of such disparate families in neighborhoods, some of whom care and some (unfortunately, most) whom do not.

What do you have in mind?

2. I want to run a boarding home for older artists.

Not a retirement home, but a nice place to live and work, for people who may not have children or supportive families (or much money, themselves).

I have friends who will retire soon, and who have no kids. I'll be that way myself one day.

So, what is your idea?
