Has anyone ever added a vibrato bridge to an electric guitar?

Just out of curiosity, I was wondering if anyone here has ever added a vibrato bridge to an electric. I was thinking about putting a Bigsby B5 onto my late model Gibson SG Special, and would like to know if anyone has done anything similar and what the pros and cons are.

I sold him a Bigsby years ago and he put it on an old Ibanez Les Paul. I actually think it is still on there. I could ask him about it, but I guess it would take some time. I just thought of something. Here is his website:

I think it would be cool to do. I am looking to get me a SG soon and I would put a Bigsby on it.

2. No problem, man.

I'm thinking of things I'd like to do to my axe, and adding a Bigsby is right behind switching out the stock humbuckers for some P94 mini humbuckers (which is a P90 soapbar in a humbucker housing).
