The Gym Shooter...
Edited on Wed Aug-05-09 10:36 PM by firedupdem
Just got home from work and heard something about a shooting at a gym. He was some nut that had "hatred" for women. I checked cnn.com and found his hatred wasn't just for women! Here is a pdf of his diary.

Read the first paragraph. What a sick racist, hatefilled nut. These racists are boiling with anger about the President and black folks in general. Sickening.

1. Yep, there's a discussion in GD about it.
This fool was apparently disturbed because he felt that "black men got all of the good white women."

Can anyone tell me where this idiocy came from that black men all just want a white woman?? For real, cause apparently growing up in Southwest Atlanta where everyone I knew was black for the first 17-22 years of my life has left me clueless.

Is this just some leftover isht from slavery that has been absorbed into the larger culture or what?? I mean I know that brothers have dipped in other flavors more than a few times (and certainly more than sisters have) but over the last two decades or so, there seems to be this growing meme that ALL black men want a white woman, facts be damned.

In addition to being racist and insulting to black women, this whole thing is apparently driving white men disturbed about affirmative action and Obama even more insane.

2. I read some of those
and this guy was a real psycho sicko. The last stats I read on interracial marriage said that approximately 3-4% of marriages are interracial, about the same percentage as Asians in the overall population. Though more visible/excepted, that's hardly a trend. Sounds like this scumbag ate the standard racist rhetoric that black people are the cause of all of society's ills, including baldness, traffic jams, global climate change, lonely Saturday nights, the foreclosure crisis, E.D., potholes in the road, gas prices going up, and, of course, rap music.

3. Brew, you're exaggerating. Black people are responsible for excessive nose hair
not baldness!!

I just wrote this post in response to a really good post from AspenRose in the thread in GD. It's very similar (in theory) to what you've written here.
