He's go-to-hell smart and on the case of naked shorters like stink on shit. He started on this path after Overstock started getting shorted for no reason at all. Now, he has taken his share of shots from the people who have been making bales of money through naked shorting, but they really haven't put a mark on him. He knows what he is talking about and he has these folks dead to rights, throughout the malign and scabrous universe of short sellers.

Were he to be called to testify before Congress, it would be must-see CSpanning.
