Therapists seek aid from 'angels'
Whether they are called guardians, spiritual guides or divine beings, angels send messages to us all that only a select few MetroWest residents say they are trained to interpret.

Angel therapy, which aims to help people resolve career or relationship issues among other things by calling upon the celestial beings, is gaining popularity faster in other areas of the country. Still, there are at least 11 registered angel therapy practioners in the state, including two in MetroWest, according to www.angeltherapy.com.

Patricia Mazzola, whose business Angel Divinations operates out of her Westborough home and Ashland's Relax Day Spa, calls angel therapy a non-denominational spiritual healing method. It taps into the spirit world to encourage healing and provide guidance, she said.

"It's not really fortune-telling. You'e not going to get, 'OK, in two weeks this is going to happen,'" said Mazzola. "It's like the lifting of a fog. You see what's really there for a person."
