how do you celebrate it? Shit, I dunno....

Perhaps when somebody starts in on "Gawd's MERCY" remind them of the thousands who got NO "mercy"

I'm reminded of the drivel they drool everytime a kid somehow survives a plane crash or sinking..."Oh, it's a MIRACLE! Gawd SAVED that little Bay-BEE!"

Yeah, but why couldn't he save the OTHER 300 on board? Too tired? Long night with a new girlfriend? Or boyfriend? Just feeling a little sadistic that morning?

will be placed on the Failing States lists or Does Not Meet Adequate Yearly Progress.
