4. Has a tab for removal of wrapper

7. Is shaped for human mouth
8. Has a point at top for ease of entry
9. Is pleasing to taste buds
10. Is curved towards the face to make eating process easy

To say that the banana happened by accident is even more unintelligent than to say that no one designed the Coca Cola can.

The fact that it fits doesn't mean it was designed to fit.

Well, yeah.. unless you, ya know, turn it 180 degrees...

That it is the oldest cultivated fruit (probably prehistoric), that it has no woody parts, and that it obviously underwent breeding modification from the earliest point in which it entered agriculture (the 300 wild banana species are non-edible, full of seeds, and pollinated by bats) leans far more toward a human development of the "yellow smile" most people love than a divine one. (A google search pulled these up by looking for "banana history" and "wild Banana" )

It is impossible to find archeological evidence of bananas because they're herbs, not woody plants. So there are no potential records to look for, unlike apples, almonds and other fruits and nuts.

That's like saying corn is proof of divine intervention because Meso-Americans spent 3-5000 years breeding it to get from a thumb-sized cob to one 5 inches long, and another 600 years to get it to today's 12 inches.

Sorry, I can go into the supermarket and find hundreds of examples of "divine intervention" in foods... or hundreds of examples of genetic manipulation, scientific understanding and progress.

What if you hold it the wrong way -- it may go up your nostrils! Did God think of that?
