Is there a good place to get milage and maintainance forms for a bus. car?

My Dad's roped me into doing the bookkeeping and paperwork for his business. Previously nobody was recording basic stuff like this so I need to set the whole system up from scratch. Is there a website or software program to help me generate some basic recordkeeping stuff for his vehicles or do I need to spend some quality time with Open Office and DIY it?
