Poll question: BSG: Sacrifice (2-10-06)
Edited on Sat Feb-11-06 08:42 PM by ContraBass Black
Contains spoilers.

Lee Adama's life expectancy must be down to about 40. He's getting shot/stabbed/strangled/spaced in almost every episode. How many times is he going to go to the brink of death and back? His call-sign should be Lazarus.

That was an awfully large and well lit crawlspace.

How long would it have taken to load a squad of properly equipped marines into a Viper and fly them over?

Starbuck is a pilot. Why does she think she can go commando?

The marines were able to arm themselves on a moment's notice, but couldn't find any armor?

Why does everybody have a gun? You'd think humanity would know better by this point.

Tigh's wife is just stupid.

How did Roslyn know that Billy was a hostage? I don't remember anyone mentioning it.

Where's Balthar?

Humans have been killing each other a lot more than cylons have been killing anyone lately.

Damn. Just when Billy grew a pair of balls. At least he learned to fight hard, and stand up. He might have made a good president. It's a shame he died violently and after heartbreak. He's a hero. Will he get a hero's funeral?

"You're not a soldier, Billy." Is that why she preferred Lee?

Did Billy act bravely or foolishly?

Other than Lee being considerably more buff than Billy, Billy was a bit awkward & geeky around women.

Also, not sure if it was Season 1 or Season 2, part 1.. but, when they intro'd Tom Zarek, Starbuck was supposedly the best sniper in the fleet.

3. If I were a woman, I'd go for the nice but geeky guy who was
All about me rather than the buff and smooth ladies' man. But then, that's me.

It seems that every time Starbuck or Dualla is crying over Lee's bed after his latest near-death, the other is crying behind a doorway or on the other side of the room. You'd think they would have noticed each other by now.

Starbuck didn't try to snipe anyone. She attempted to dual-wield pistols in a close-range gunbrawl.

2. Yeah, Well,It IS A TV Show
I could probably rationalize all your points in some way, but I think just saying it's a TV show is probably the easiest.

Still, it's great television.
