1. I would have missed the switch to Thursdays if I hadn't seen Geena Davis
on Letterman the other night. We really like the show -- I hope the hiatus and the schedule change doesn't kill it.

4. It's been pulled from the schedule.

ABC's big new drama this season, "Commander in Chief," has been yanked from the TV schedule, signaling the premature end of President Mackenzie Allen, played by Geena Davis.

The drama will be replaced by "Primetime." ABC hasn't announced whether the show will be back next season, but it's highly unlikely.

"Commander in Chief" opened big last fall, drawing 16million viewers, but in January the show took a hit from "American Idol." Ratings fell to 10 million, and many of the valued younger viewers fled. ABC placed the show on hiatus.

In April, ABC moved "Commander" back to Thursdays at 10 p.m. against powerhouses "Without a Trace" and "ER." The ratings took a tumble.

6. Commander-in-Chief was the only ABC show
I watch regularly, and I am very disappointed with what they have done!

I have cut way back on entertainment TV, after West Wing ends, and CiC is done, that will be 2 more hours off cut back. :)
