John Kerry and Al Gore were together last night
http://www.boston.com/news/local/politics/blog/2006/12/gore_and_kerry.html

Senator John Kerry and former Vice President Al Gore, the last two losing Democratic presidential nominees, appeared together Tuesday night at Mitchell Gold in Boston where Tipper Gore is displaying her fine art photography. A portion of the proceeds are going to The Climate Project, founded by Tipper and Al Gore, according to the Names column in Wednesday's Boston Globe.

Go to the link, and there's a nice picture of them.

2. That is so nice
Kerry should be used as a role model by other politicians. He is one of the few politicians who always gives others credit. It's great that he's acting consistently with the praise he gave Gore in his Faneuil Hall speech in pushing more people to see the movie.

I wonder if Gore regrets not picking Kerry as VP. He would have let the country see Cheney's true colors in the vp debate.

4. Getting lots of hits from that
It's been a good week for msm links. Boston Globe today and The Guardian yesterday.

Also check out the Kerry/Gore picture I have in the linked post. I bet almost everyone here has already seen it, but its worth looking at again.

9. Cool picture - If Gore doesn't run, can we hold him to the
obvious promise in the photo? I mean to endorse anyone else would be a flip flop.

5. Comment for BG readers
By the way, since the Globe links to my post and lots of people are following the link, adding comments to that thread is one way to get something read by some Boston Globe readers. It might be a good spot for some pro-Kerry comments, or comments on the Globe's coverage of Kerry.

7. How cool.
I would have loved to have seen Tipper's photography.

In an unrelated Kerry/Gore matter, did everyone see this on JK.com? http://www.johnkerry.com/ You can sign up to host an "Inconvenient Truth" watching house party on December 16. (Obviously Al Gore's manhood isn't threatened by the fact that JK also cares about the environment.) When I saw this on JK.com this morning I got a really good feeling - now this post by Beachmom. :)

8. Ok, the manhood line
was the best thing I've read all day! LOL!

it's so true, though - they have common values, so it's great to see them working together instead of trying to tear each other down.

11. I know it is a long shot . . . "Hail Mary" kinda thing, but . . .
in a righteous karma kinda world, they would be the perfect Presidential team. Gore as President since he, and all US citizens were robbed first. And Kerry as Vice President, since he, and along with all US citizens were once again robbed next.

I know it's a dream, but dreams sometimes are the only thing to latch onto in this wicked world.

I would like to dream it, wish it, and make it so.
