Dkos diary about Iraq War bills

There is a diary on DKos that talks about the competing bills coming to the Senate that will deal with the Iraq War.

Sen. Kennedy's bill was left out. This is the bill endorsed by Sen. Kerry as well as 5 other Senators. This is mentioned further down in the thread.

2. Why wasn't the Kennedy bill included. Games and smoke screens.

Although Dem leaders, I read this morning, are going to get tougher on the President and this war.
Where does Kerry fit into all of this? Why didn't Kennedy and Kerry push the Kennedy bill?

I think Kennedy is the standard bearer bill, and should get the recognition for it.
