***Cambridge book event: Venue has been changed***
Same time, same date, but it’s now going to be held at the First Parish Church, 3 Church St., Cambridge, MA.

http://www.firstparishcambridge.org/?q=Directions

Directions

VIA THE T
Take Red Line to Harvard Square T stop.
Exit via Church Street
or
Exit via Harvard Square main entrance. Cross Massachusetts Ave. to Harvard Coop building. Go right to Church St. First Parish is on the corner of Mass. Ave. and Church Street.

BY CAR
Harvard Square is a maze of one way streets and is easiest to navigate with a map. On-street parking is difficult to find, and meters are often limited to one hour. Parking is free on Sundays until 1:00 p.m. in the Church Street lot if you stamp your ticket in the Parish House lobby.
Take Mass Pike I-90 to the Cambridge/Allston exit (exits left off Pike). Stay right through toll booth and follow signs to Cambridge. Go straight through first set of lights over bridge (Charles River). Just over bridge at lights turn left on to Memorial Drive. Follow Charles River on left past two sets of lights. At third set of lights take right on JKF Street. Go one block (Harvard University dorms on right, J.F. Kennedy Park and School on left) to Eliot Street lights.

Go straight past small park on left to lights at Mt. Auburn Street. Go straight to next set of lights. This is Harvard Square. Take left on to Brattle Street past Palmer Street on right, bear right past pedestrian mall onto Brattle Street. Take first right onto Church Street. There is a parking lot on left. The Church is just up the street. Other garages are located on Eliot Street, University Place and under the Charles Hotel.

Parking is free until 1:00 p.m. in the Church Street lot if you stamp your ticket in the Parish House lobby. If you do not have children to drop off in the child care area via the 3 Church Street entrance, or do not need the elevator access at #1 Church Street, we ask that whenever possible you enter via the main entrance on Massachusetts Avenue.

2. For some reason,
Lindsay has been emailing me - maybe she confused us? She didn't say why, but the info came from her.

4. Strange - It's still on Saturday, isn't it?
I was thrown off a bit by them talking about the free parking on Sunday.

5. I hope it's still on Saturday. If not I have a BIG problem.
My flight back is already on Sunday morning and if the event is held on Sunday I would have to change my flight. I don't know if this would even be possible. I leave in a few hours and would prefer to know before I leave for the airport.

6. The webpage has been updated, Europegirl4jfk:

It's still on Saturday at 12 PM. Just at the new place. I got to this link from johnkerry.com. So you can breathe a sigh of relief.

7. Thanks so much beachmom :-)
I'm leaving in exactly 4 hours for the airport. And I found the new church on my Boston map. There are a lot of churches in this area.

10. Hi TayTay!
I'll meet MBS on Friday at the Harvard bookshop and will be able to have a first look at the location. Let's hope that they don't change it again. ;-)

9. Those directions were lifted
directly off the church website - that's why the Sunday mention. Nothing to do with this event at all. :-)
