Hey gang...

Just popping in every now and then....medical issues. Nothing life threatening, just mechanical - at this point, a bulging disc that effects my entire left leg. So, I can't get around much. Don't know for certain yet about surgery, will have a better picture next week after the first round of steroids.

Keep up the good fights....and every now and then lay down a good zinger for me, eh?

4. My son did acupuncture

fwiw. He had problems on and off for years. At one point he couldn't even stand up straight. He changed jobs and makes sure he moves all day long. The acupuncture relieved the pain almost immediately. And he did something different with the way he sleeps. I know how miserable it is, big hug and hope something helps. :hug:

I had some back issues a few years ago...not quite so bad as what you describe, but it gave me a bad scare.

I hope you can resolve yours without surgery. I got better with chiropractic, targeted exercises, and glucosamine, but my symptoms weren't as severe as yours sound. (And the chiropractor wanted me to keep coming to see him forever, natch, but I moved and never bothered hooking up with another...and my back's been fine. I guess he did his job a little too well for his business plan. :) )
