Diary up on DKos about the HEART Act that passed yesterday

Diary on DKos about the HEART Act that closes tax loopholes for coporations like KBR that use offshore addresses to get away from paying social security and other taxes on their employees.

This was a very nice piece of legislation. Thanks to Beachmom for writing this. We appreciate it and the thanks for the good job Sen. Kerry did on this. The first stories on this only appeared in the Boston Globe in March of this year. This is a remarkably fast journey from issue to legislation.
