2. Very sad
One of my best friends died of a brain aneurysm and was put on life support, I was there when they removed it. My heart goes out to her family. So sad. :cry:

4. They are saying she is still alive
I know that there was a waiting period before they could remove my friend from life support. Just had a news conference on CNN from the hospital.

Ick.

Website fixed. Gladly. If ever there was a thing to be wrong and premature about this is it.

Several news organizations, including The Associated Press, had earlier reported that Tubbs Jones had died. The AP cited a Democratic official.

The reports prompted Sen. John Kerry to issue a statement mourning her passing.


It's an excellent statement, by the way. Just premature. (Note that the time of his statement is mere minutes before the updates/corrections started coming across the wires. . )


I don't envy the press office right now. . kind of an awkward situation.

10. In fact, it was AP who noticed. This is how I noticed and then I checked the websites.
It is a difficult situation and Strickland's office did the same mistake.

The statement was excellent, I agree.
