I'm back

Hi everyone :loveya:

I've been AWOL for the past few months because a) my donor star ran out and b) I was in the UK, so I didn't really have enough spare cash to spend on DU. I am back home now and threw some money at DU so I could actually post in this group again. I have been kind of out of touch from politics - well, comparatively speaking - for the past half year now, and I really miss my daily JK fix, but don't worry, I still love the big guy as much as I ever did. :loveya:

what did you think of the UK ? what parts did you visit ?

i had a few relatives from there visit last month and they say the United States election is a top news item for them. that's probably true of most of the world since we have so much influence.

i have been there a couple of times but the first time i was a year old and the other time i just went for a weekend wedding. i regret not staying longer during the weekend wedding, but i do remember it was during the Primary Campaign for 2004 and i couldn't get my mind off of the campaign.

Things are looking up for Dems these days, eh? I just can't believe how 4 years ago, we had lost everything, and now, fingers crossed that they keep going as they are going, we will have won nearly everything. Even down here in GA a Senate seat is in play.
