And to so many of his colleagues and friends there. Truly a natural diplomat. And then he proceeds to talk about the feast of Thanksgiving turkey being turned into a daily dose of lame duck!!! LOL! He is such a deft and witty speaker. Very excited about this speech -- he so often mentions China in the context of other topics, but I don't know that I've heard him speak of it as his central topic before.

Between the energy issues and the infrastructure issues, we are defining our future.

I think the activist in Kerry has been showing a lot lately - he sounded ready to lead college kids to reject "blood telephones" as people did "blood diamonds" with Ben Afleck at the talk on the Congo.
