That guy is AWESOME! I see that Kerry is still getting shit in GD, I guess he hasnt sacrifaced himself to the gods yet.

Ive been on self imposed exile for a while and I love it, though I do sometimes go in for a taunt like a "Kerry is great" post or something like that.

I did seem to find more people willing to come out and defend Kerry. I think it will start to get better.

The guy is constantly betrayed here.

"The Lion" was on this week roaring: "WHO ARE WE REPRESENTING?" railing against the bankruptcy legislation. He is like always on Lehrer roaring against Dubya's dumbness. Go, Teddy, go!

on CSPAN. He was great. Hes awesome, I am still disappointed that I couldnt work for him.

I believe I will see both Teddy K and John Kerry at the State Convention in May. It will be an honor to see Teddy. I love the guy. The first vote I ever cast was for Teddy K in 1976 when he was running for his 3rd full term in the Senate. (Elected in 62 to fill out a term, then elected outright in '64.) I circled his name on my absentee ballot before I cast a Pres vote that year. I love the guy and always have. (I volunteered on his PRes campaign in '80, but it was badly run, alas and alack. Long story.)

Teddy is running for re-election in '06 and I plan to send some money his way. I imagine he will speak at Convention and be looking for some volunteers. It would be an honor. (Yeah, I know he can't be beat in MA, but still.)

I wish I could vote for him, but I'm a Marylander. So I'll pray for him.

I may be wrong, but I think in the last week there have been several threads on Kerry that were way more positive than negative. Although a few of the most negative people persist in posting many negative comments to everyone.

But I'm seeing more people defending Kerry as well. Also, most of the complaints are at least issues (IWR, Patriot act, etc) which at least is better than other things.

and how the admin put a different version on the table the night before they had to sign it or whatever, and apparently it was like 500 pages and they only had like 8 hours or so to read it. Thats why no one read the patriot act, it wasnt incompetence.
