How I will promote unity (the GD-GDP problem)
I'm going to start talking up other Democrats whenever I see them doing good things, all the while sporting my John Kerry avatar. I think it's probably the best way-- to "lead by example" over there. Maybe make a few think twice about being devisive. Even if not, I'll be adding positive vibes. I've also been making healthy use of my "Ignore" button again lately--it's really useless trying to reply to the cynics/trolls and kicking their threads for them. Just now I posted a praise of Dean and his MTP appearance. ;)

Ohm...ohm...ohm....or should I say, "Serenity Now!" heehee :)

1. i think focusing on the elections before 2008 will be the best way
i try this a few times by posting about upcoming governor's mayors elections for 2005 . of course they rarely get many replies. but it's still one way to deal with it.

also as you say , ignore is a good thing especially when it comes to certain types who are known just for being bashers. i usually alert without replying to certain flamebait threads also. these people mostly want attention so the best thing is to get their flamebait threads locked or deleted without many or any replies. or at least they might drop down without getting many replies.

2. I believe firmly in praising all the Dems who stick their necks out to
speak up against BushInc. and FOR the powerless.

I don't care what their name is, if they speak the truth, they deserve support.

Good on you, ginny, and I hope more join you. I always noticed that Kerry supporters are generally the most generous in their praise of other leaders and former rivals.
