I'm just wacky that way. Every time a Repuke engages me with anti-Dem banter about my guys, I diffuse the whole situation, and send them scattering with lewd penile references. I LOVE throwing BIG JOHN Lover's Haiku at the naysayers. It calms my rage and makes me laugh instead.

7. The thread was locked, heads up

I PM'd Skinner. I had a thread locked a couple days ago, I was really surprised. It was on the Roberts' kid, who I had only seen still shots of, by the way. After watching the TDS tape, I was probably wrong.

Anyway, it was explained to me that any thread that dissolves into a flame fest will be locked. Maybe that is the reason. It's a real problem, because there's no such thing as a Kerry thread without shit in it. So I don't know what the answer will be to that.

It's a shame. We were trying to have a normal discussion about a valid Kerry related event, and these bashers have to come in and start the nonsense, with nothing to contribute but insults. What drives them to be so hateful? Is it really necessary?

..to be persistent? (Assuming someone has the time).

If you post a news item about Kerry that gets locked do to a flamefest, why not re-post the news item, with a warning about starting a flame war?

Would that piss off the moderators, and if so why? Wouldn't it be a way to bubble up the trolls so they could be banned?

Just some thoughts.

Yeah shame on Kerry for not letting this nomination be a rollover, and realizing whats important, we have to find out info on Roberts. Of course because people took what Durbin did way outta context and expect Robert C. Byrd, a man who supported the judgeship of Janice Rogers Brown to be our main opponent against extreme judges. But but Kerry is the one who caves in. Anyhow I wish Kerry well.
