But this is a very smart move on Conyers part to have this quesiton handled in 4 different comms today. Very smart.

Remember, it's the accountability, baby! There is one consistent thread that goes through the Bush Admin: they are not accountable to anyone and Congress refuses to do their job and investigate when things go wrong. This goes from 9/11 all the way through to Katrina.

think the reverberations will be? I imagine the one-track media is overstretched with covering Roberts and Katrina. Do you think it will get play? Who is the audience for this (aside from us obsessive democrats)?

9. It's totally to their credit

(the dems, I mean) that they are keeping up the intensity level as well as the drumbeat. The rethugs can keep on chiding them for their shrillness, but it sounds like the sweet music of righteous fury to me.
