The "morans" that are attacking Kerry are about as logical as Shrub equating a distinguished Congressman and war veteran to Michael Moore.

In the transcript, all that Kerry says is "I respectfully disagree with John Murtha" and you are the second person who tells me he praised Murtha.

If I liked some other Democrat better, I'd probably be pretty unhappy tonight :)

Whatever it is, they will never find it in any candidate in the real world. No politician in his right mind would be worried about or try to cater to these peoples' whims.

In the end, all that really matters is who they vote for. Most of them will suck it up and vote for the next Dem candidate. If not, who cares--they won't vote GOP either.

It's John Aravosis' Americablog which I normally like a lot. But he is totally losing it concerning Kerry today. x(

You gotta love John Kerry. Just when you think he's totally worthless, he comes back on more time to remind us why he lost.

John Murtha makes an amazing personal sacrifice, putting his reputation on the line, by going public against this growing fiasco of a war. So what does John Kerry do within hours of Murtha's speech? He says Murtha is wrong about needing to set a timetable for withdrawal. Kerry also hinted he might be running for election AGAIN in 2008. Gee, do you think that's why Kerry still can't make up his mind about this war?

They are even more hateful than John Aravosis' message. Why do these people hate John Kerry so much? I really don't understand.

on the Murtha thread. Certain people would rather throw their support behind somebody they know nothing about (in this case, a pro-life, socially conservative hawk somebody) than a real candidate who *gasp* might not be perfect.

He's a gay man who hates Kerry for not being in favor of same sex marriage, but apparently doesn't see any problem in supporting Dean, who holds the exact same position. I'm starting to really hate the left wing.

I hope the video gets posted soon. I just know he was awesome as usual. I know we need to focus on 2006 right now but I couldn't help but notice in the transcript Kerry's remark to Wolf that if he did run for President again that he would not make the same mistakes and that he would run to win. I know that statement is not a sure fire guarantee that he would run but I could not help but think after I read it that he came closer with that statement to admitting something than he has in the past. Also the statement that he would decide after the 2006 elections is telling, I think it will all depend on the Democrats winning in 2006 if Kerry will run or not, just my prediction.
