17. Tee shirts
I want to see if I can pause the video, capture the quotes, and oh, wouldn't it be nice to have tee shirts made up?!!

This was so inspiring!!! And since I can't find any of the old Kerry videos ("Carry On", "Comfortably Numb," etc) it is FANTASTIC to have this.

Yea!

5. Thanks.
The music turned out to be a perfect choice IMO. The hardest part was trying to find a bite-sized quote from JK's speech today. Not an easy task!

8. Too late to change it, but correct spelling is FANEUIL Hall.
Just too many vowels in that name to get it right, OK?

Great work otherwise!

I'm sending it along to a couple of folks I know.

In peace,

Radio_Lady (former Bostonian for almost 30 years!)

:banghead: I ALWAYS spell that word wrong! (Along with many other words.) I'm going to try to fix it. Thanks for catching that.

Okay, it's fixed now!

18. You fixed it! Hooray! I remember an announcer's test I had to take

in Boston, containing all the wonderful Native American and other Massachusetts derived words I had to pronounce.

Faneuil was one of them -- someone said to pronounce as if it were FLAN-nel, but without the "L" -- so FAN-nel is what I said. It still sounds the "U" so it's more like FAN-yule. It's a tough one!

Thanks for your post!

Here's one of the things I miss about New England:

20. Radio_lady, welcome to the Kerry Group

Nice to see you and to read your comments.

I always said, "FAN-you-ul Hall" or 'FAN-el Hall." LOL! Typical New England, many ways to say one thing. I have no ideer what the original pronounciation should be. The merchant who gave the place to the Town was Peter Faneuil, a French Huguenot.

11. Great video, IB!
The MSM should be shuttering that we're all spending a Sat. night watching our OWN damned videos because they won't even show one of the most important stories of the day. (Talking over JK like someone said CNN did is just unconscionable).

Just a wonderful video!

13. Thanks to everyone for watching.
I'm glad you enjoyed it. Obviously there was a lot more "history of dissent" that I would have liked to included but couldn't because of time limitations (and not being able to find images to match some events). This one was the easiest one for me to make yet - I think that was because of John Kerry's inspiration!

15. That is very very good
Very inspiring, I wish we would have ran, or would run, commercials like that all year long about the Democratic Party and what we've accomplished. Of course, the John Kerry part is the bestest! :)

This was great - I never heard or read many of those quotes before. (It sounds like Samuel Adams knew the spiritual ansestor of Rove.)
