2. This isn't right.
Just knowing that some giggling, chickenhawk man-child sent them to Iraq for his own selfish purposes makes me ill. I really fear for what will happen to our soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan if * does decide to attack Iran.

4. I am seven miles from New Bedford
and I didn't know this young man ... but would it be inapropriate for me to attend his funeral ... to support the family?

I feel the need to do SOMETHING when it's so close to home. He is just a year older than my son.

5. Many of the towns that have lost people
have lined the routes that the funeral procession takes through town. People have brought flags and stood with their hands over their hearts to show respect for the fallen soldier and for his/her family. That is not only a good thing to do, it is a decent and honorable thing to do.
