Sen. Ensign filed his bill today that would curb the rights of patients to sue their doctors for malpractice. Ensign once again plays the Rethug line that tinkering with malpractice laws is the cure all for the health care woes of America.
Another fat-head. Liability insurance is not the reason health care is so expensive. This is one more Rethug try to spin the debate away from reality and into a 'blame the victim' mentality.
1. I just get so angry when I see things like this.It is always the victim's
fault and the lawyers for suing for silly little things. Oh, those poor insurance companies and those wonderful dedicated Dr's. Kildare and Welbys' out there can't stay in practice because of high insurance rates and they have to pass these costs onto their patients.
