No one guarding the ammo dumps, when we knew exactly where they were. (Kerry's emotions on that were completely visible. Although I doubt he would have needed to see it to intellectually realize that this was criminal neglect, having seen the damage done in VN likely intensified his reaction.)

I hope he does hear about this. Someone needs to hit the roof and ask why 'our kids' are being menaced with weapons bought and paid for by our taxpayers.

We need to send this to him and his office. (And to every other Senator out there.)

7. Does anyone else refer to thm as "our kids"

It really struck me when Kerry did this in the campaign. It really showed how close to his heart these soldiers at risk are - as did his obvious emotion when speaking of the VN wall.

I hope he does comment on this - after checking that it is true and making sure there were no extenuating circumstances.
