Pastor of my parish was injured in an accident
The pastor of the parish I belong to was in a bad auto accident Monday. Someone pulled out in front of him and Father hit him pretty hard - Father was going 65 at the time. Father has a fractured sternum, the other guy only had minor injuries. Someone's got to be watching out for him, because he was at Mass today. He just sat back Mass and let his substitute (who turned out to be the guy who married my parents) actually say the Mass. Father's in my prayers, and I know he'd appreciate your prayers too.

1. Aww geez hope he recovers fully and soon
A priest in a neighboring town was killed a couple of years ago in a car accident - really sad stuff. Glad he's mostly OK though.

3. He's doing much, much better now
He's pretty well healed up now from his injuries. Thanks to everyone who prayed for him.
