Nobody should have to go through these type of experiences, but unfortunately we live in a world now where elite status is the means and the reward all at once, no so much a matter of hard work and accomplishment. And on top of that money was taken from you or your insurer, which just adds insult to injury. Get someone new. It may take dozens of tries, but it's worth a shot.
