I quit my therapy, but I need to go back.

I'm currently feeling paranoid that everyone in my life has abandoned me, I feel completely worthless, like no one gives a shit about me because I'm such a disgusting, worthless piece of shit, why should they bother with me. And, once again, my thoughts are turning towards death. I've wondered, from time to time, what death would be like. I have ZERO fear of death at all.

This is where I am at this moment. Thanks for listening.
