Using IrfanView

IrfanView is a free image tool that's available at download.com

Here's a photo done with the basic Adobe that came with my scanner.

Here's the same photo using IrfanView.

When resizing photos for use on the internet I've always lost some quality using the older program. No doubt it's due to my lack of understanding of how to use it. However IrfanView is really easy to use, and it's free.
