if you need help...i'm here

you have to use 2 of the tabs...under "draw" use the "Cosmetic Surgery "
and
under "animation" use the "timing frame"


it is a 2 step process....don't let it intimidate you. after 2 times doing it it gets really simple to do

7. i know but after a few times it does get better....
they suggest the timing frame be 100 by 20....i used 200 by 10 ....on my little pierate and on my friends from germay wink 100 by 15.
