3. It looks sort of plain to me
The sky isn't that great, but it's nice. The composition is "ok".

But I'd prefer the sun just a hair lower - that would darken the sky a bit, create some more striking contrasts in the sky and lighten up the foreground by contrast. I can't make the sun go down, but if it were a bit lower I think the contrasts/colors of the rest of the picture would look sort of like this:

Perhaps put a mask on the boat to lighten it just a tad, saturate the sky smidge. It has good comp.

But I think that boat is giving you some problems compositionwise. And not sure it can be fixed by recropping.
