To make my face look puffy I put the camera in my lap and bent over to look down on the camera. I waited a bit to make sure my face became flush, then I snapped the image. I desaturated the image, and messed with the brightness and contrast. The flash made for some highlights as in my previous image of my hand.

If you're looking for pretty, you came to the wrong place.

2. It's play. That's all. Digital cuts the cost of playing.
I've always liked decay, the old and well worn. I'm sixty three years old. I'm in the early stages of decay. I'm old and well worn. So instead of going out and photographing dying flowers, old cars and buildings, I turned the camera on myself.

When I displayed that old wrinkled foot in a self portrait thread in the lounge, some people were disgusted. Mission accomplished. It wasn't great art, or really that good a photo, but it did cause a reaction, and that is what it is all about.

5. Nifty pic
I love the way this shows off the textures. It's very dramatic. I keep being drawn into your eye.

6. Even though I am playing with reality, I wanted to show reality.
I love looking at eyes. It's easier to look at eyes now that age has lowered my testosterone levels.
