Unlike New York, no tornado warnings today, but a fast and threatening sky for much of the day. Zen the wonderpup and I got caught in a fierce downpour complete with big hailstones and had to shelter in someone's garage for 20 minutes. Later I took these before a second storm rolled in. They don't really do today's sky justice.

I got home just before the rain arrived. I haven't seen a summer with more thunderstorms since I live in Savannah. This has been an amazing year.
