Ok I did it yesterday
After the discussion on the Lumix and canceling my Sigma DP2 order I knew I was going to go for either a Canon G10 or a Leica D-Lux4, well after sitting in on a G10 seminar at B&H Photo yesterday I bought the Leica. By the time I got home and charged the battery I didn't have all that much time to go out shooting but here goes.

1. Congrats on the new camera.
This seems to take nice sharp pictures. I'll be looking forward to more. :)

3. Thanks, me too
It's been raining here in NYC all this week but I'm looking forward to the weekend.

2. I always wanted a Lieca rangefinder back in the day
Now I feel the same way about the D-Lux. A compact camera that takes excellent pictures is a godsend for travel photos.

4. I was looking for a little road warrior
As much as I love my DSLR I don't always love lugging a backpack full of gear.

5. I can really relate.
That's what stopped me from making it to the top of Flattop. Even though it was just a little pack, it was enough to mess with my center of gravity.
