And one of my favorite "flowers" period. This is an autumn clematis after the flowers are gone

Wait a month or two - it gets better...

and here is what passes for a "grape" in these parts

a muscadine

and finally - one of my neighbors wanted me to come down and take a pic of their palm tree stuffed with impatiens. Went down this morning and there were hoses laying about and what not - so this was the best angle I could find.

cropped a little differently, would completely explain Jackson Pollock's artistry to a neophyte, and the fourth one showing that you were able to create beauty in spite of obstacles.

I think shots like your second one, stylized but used as a basis, can be a fine starting point for a painting to which some would say:
What the hell is that?
And to us, we see it all around us.
