***SEPTEMBER Contest Theme*** Looking Up

These are my suggested dates. I realize I'm compressing the time here but the calender is coming up for votes later in the month and I may have to go out of town around the 21st, so I propose:

Submissions Sept 3-9, till 8pm EDT

Prelims Sept 10-12, till 8pm EDT

Finals Sept 13-15, till 8pm EDT

I'm trying to keep to having the GD voting sharing a weekend and the 19th is also Rosh Hashanah, so finishing before the holidays is a good thing. I know there's not a lot of time for new shooting (around the Labor Day holiday) but the theme hasn't been a surprise for a while.

Any major concern about the timing, please speak up quickly.
