1. Beautiful! We used to hike there when I was stationed at Ft. Lewis.
A very magical place! (the Olympic National Park, NOT Ft. Lewis) :D

You have really captured the wet, fresh feel of that place.

2. Wow! (as always).
I started write "I especially like ..." and then the next part would necessarily be "all of them."

You show what a magical living place that is.

My attention was drawn especially by #5 and #7, which could just be some sort of non-representational artwork, apart from the fact that nature presented you with something very few would even see, and far, far fewer would have had the skill and talent to it share with others. Thank you.

3. IT'S ASTOUNDING! I need to look up where this Hoh rain forest is, and I will.
These are to me some of the finest of yours I've seen, and they are as a rule spectacular to me.
Nothing went wrong in any way on this trip. Photo number five, with the incredible green, I can't make out what I'm looking at.

You are the master of capturing the inscrutable forests, wherever they are.

4. Thanks for these
I went to the Olympic peninsula once and spent most of my time in coastal areas, near Neah Bay.

I found the Olympic peninsula absolutely amazing. There were places that were sunny, and had very little rainfall just a couple of miles away from rain forests. I really, really want to go back, and this time go to the heart of the rain forest rather than just around the edges, and take hikes in the rain forest instead of just driving through it.

6. Beautiful!
Still so green there. We drove through that part of Washington a few years ago. It is absolutely gorgeous.

8. Simply gorgeous, especially #3, which.....
......flashed me back to the Wizard of Oz. Those trees look like they could just come alive, have faces, dance around, etc.

9. Love the deep saturation of color
and all the textures. I like the last one the best with the pathway bordered by logs. Is that natural or were the felled trees placed there?

10. If I may answer your question...
As a young child, I grew up in that area and got to play in all that gorgeous green magic.

The trees are natural. They fall, they actually compost rather quickly. The rain forest there gets something
like 140 to 160 inches of rain per year, mostly fall thru spring. One of the few temperate rain forests in the world, and thanks to regnaD kciN, more people get to awe about it.

11. You make me confess a thought I have when I see RegnaD's work
it makes me want to stomp on my photos from the rain forest, and ask him for lessons.
